2019 Miamisburg Art Guild Student Art Exhibition
The Waynesville High School Art Department submitted artwork to the annual Miamisburg Art Guild Student Art Exhibition in downtown Miamisburg where our students artwork competed with local artists from surrounding area high schools. The show has grown to be a large show with many pieces submitted from these young talented artists. This is a juried show with multiple categories, places and awards. Our students were very successful this year with the following achievements. High school teachers, Kristen Elton and Bethany Lamb, are incredibly proud of their students and how hard they worked for this show. All submitted artwork from our students will be on display April 11th at the Wayne Local Schools annual art show.

The following list of students have all submitted works of art into the Annual Miamisburg Student Art Show.
Our designated "Waynesville" night is this Wednesday, March 6th from 5:30 - 8:30 for our students to attend with their families and friends together. T he show will be open to attend any time during gallery hours until March 22nd. The Miamisburg Art Show is a juried show and artwork is submitted from all local schools in the area.
Students receiving Gold Keys, Silver Keys, Honorable Mentions, or American Voices & Visions Nominations are celebrated at the K12 Gallery in Dayton. Gold Key works are then judged nationally by an impressive panel of creative–industry experts to receive National Medals, including Gold Medals, Silver Medals, American Voices & Visions Medals, Gold Medal and Silver with Distinction Portfolio Medals, and Special Achievement Awards. National Medalist are recognized in part at the National Ceremony at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
