A² Valentine's Bouquet Fundraiser

The Allies Assembly is doing a Valentine's fundraiser selling Cake Pop Bouquets for $5. (5 cake pop wrapped bouquet)
Bouquet sale will run through the week and be delivered on Friday, February 12th during 8th period. Money earned will go to a scholarship and a donation to the Trevor Foundation.
For $5, we will deliver a bouquet of 5 cake pops to you or your valentine during 8th period on the 12th. If you would like to send more than one please fill out a different form for each recipient. Order forms also available in the office. Please attach payment to this form and deliver to Mrs. Vogel in the high school office. Cash only please.
