During the assembly, awards and recognition are given for the year for the following:

- Student Council Officers and Members
- Academic Awards
- Valedictorian and Saluitatorian Recognition
- Summa cum laude, Magna cum laude, and Cum laude
- Honor Roll and Principal's Award
- SWBL Scholar Athlete
- Perfect Attendance
- First Honors Awards in Art and Visual Art, English, Foreign Language, Math, Science, Social Studies, CCP
- Outstanding Freshmen
- OHSAA Archie Griffin Sportsmanship Award
- Hatfield Hartsock Award
- Male and Female Athlete of the Year
- 22 Strong

The Seniors upheld a long-standing tradition as they strolled the hallways of each of the building during their Senior Walk.
The hallways were lined with students of all ages as the seniors took their final walk.
