Reminder that Waynesville Athletes must have completed their Physicals and have their completed paperwork turned in by August 1st.

Sports Physicals Coming In May
Reminder that Waynesville Athletics along with Dayton Sports Medicine Institute will be hosting physicals for school athletes on May 8, 2018.
- 3pm-5pm for Students CURRENTLY in grades 9-11
- 5pm-7pm for Students CURRENTLY in grades 6-8
- Cost of the physical will be $15. Cash or Check only. Please make checks payable to WHS
Physicals Packet ** Please see the attached packet for directions on how to either create a new account on Final Forms, or update an existing account prior to the Sports Physicals on May 8th.

Mark Your Calendars.... for Annual Sports Physicals
Dayton Sports Medicine Institute, Kettering Health Network, Orthopedic Associates of Southwest Ohio are collaborating to provide a full, comprehensive sports physical for Wayne Local Schools athletes entering grades 7-12 for the 2018-2019 school year.
Date / Times: May 8th
3-5 p.m. for current grades 9-11
5-7 p.m. for current grades 6-8
Location: The process will begin in the Middle School lobby
Cost $15 paid at the time of phyical. (Cash or Check only; Checks payable to WHS)
**Cost increase this year from $10-$15
for improvements and purchase of new rehab equipment in the Athletics Training Room
