On behalf of Girls Volleyball we would like to thank Administration, Custodians, Trainers and most importantly Mrs. Garafolo for all of the hard work and determination and countless hours put in to get us on the court again and keep us on the court! We just had a discussion this week about how blessed we are to be entering our last week of regular season in what we didn’t even know would be possible for some games let alone an entire season! This has been a challenging year emotionally, mentally and physically. In the end these girls have grown, matured and overcome many obstacles. As we enter our last week the Varsity team has a record of 11-7 with a league standing of 7-2, second place. This is a big week for the Lady Spartans with 4 straight games, send us all the blessings as we battle for a share of the league title. This season brings us lots of stat leaders as we have consistently had 5 of our 6 main servers ranking in the top 10 of all of SWBL. Fallon Bradford (78) Emma Landoll (75), Jade Ghanayem (63), Amaya Dolce (50), Ryleigh Anderson (49), listed in order with number of aces. Our 6th server Jenna Turner has 29 aces with a 92% serving accuracy percentage. Amaya Dolce and Fallon Bradford are “killing” it in the Attacks department, Amaya with 177 kills and Fallon with 148! Jenna Turner our libero is ranking 1st in pass points leading buy 400 points above anyone else and in the top 6 of Digs with 234. Lastly the Lady Spartan’s have a new setter this year, freshman Emma Landoll who is also in first place for our league in Assists with 346.

Many notable performances and up and coming athletes. Lilly Meacham and Riley Osborn have been spending some time on the varsity court. While Freshman Mattie Almeter (setter) and Abby Butterbaugh (libero) have all been showing lots of improvement! Keep working hard girls the future is bright!
