Kindergarten - Screenings Update

Kindergarten screenings are postponed. We will notify parents when we reschedule.
Welcome to Kindergarten !!
If your child turns five on or before September 30, 2020, you are invited to register him/her for kindergarten. To expedite the process please see attached handout for Online Registration through Final Forms. Registration will be open as of Monday February 24, 2020. Please complete all sections!

IMPORTANT DATES:
Registration Two Night Event: In Elementary Media Center, this initial part of the process will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete as long as Final Forms has already been completed online. The following are those dates and times:
- Monday, March 9, 2020 5:00 - 8:00 pm
- Tuesday, March 10, 2020 5:00 - 8:00 pm
Kindergarten Screening Dates
Location: Quaker Heights Community Room
March 24th & 25th, 2020 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (30 minute appointments)
Specific appointments for each child will be made ONLY upon completed registration.
Kindergarten Open House: August 13, 2020 5:00-6:00 pm Elementary Gymnasium
KRA Testing
Location: Quaker Heights August 17th & 18th, 2020
Time: Appointments between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm
- Appointments are in 30 minute increments.
- Parents will schedule a time for their child’s KRA in early August immediately following the notification of teacher assignment.
Documents that you need to bring to the registration event:
- Child’s Original Birth Certificate
- Parent/Guardian Driver’s License or Photo ID
- Immunization Records
- Custody / Guardianship Documents
- Proof of Residency
- We will have a copier on site for all original documents during the registration event!
Proof of Residency:
- Home Owners: Bring Mortgage Statement or Deed
- Renter or Lessee: Bring signed official Rental Agreement
- If Applicable: Complete Time-stamped Custody Paperwork, IEP / 504 Plan / ETR
REQUIREMENT FOR ALL:
- ALL: need to bring current DP&L or Vectren bill for registration address.
- Certain circumstances will require Residence Affidavit
