At the beginning of April, our preschool classes began a two-week study about farms. We learned about the animals and food that is grown on the farm. Once the students had a general knowledge, we spent a week learning about the life cycle of chickens and ducks and what better way to learn than to actually experience it?!
Mrs. Beach’s and Mrs. Hanna’s classes have been anxiously awaiting the hatching of eggs in an incubator for the past 3 weeks. They have finally hatched! The students were excited to hold and name each of the chicks. Thank you to Andrea Hand for letting us burrow the incubator and hatch the eggs!
