Waynesville Elementary Spelling Bee
Waynesville Elementary School recently hosted our Annual School Spelling Bee. All kindergarten through sixth grade students were invited to spell. The following students participated:

One student from our school will represent us in the 2022 WCPO 9 Regional Spelling Bee program, which will determine who moves on to the 2022 Scripps National Spelling Bee. With a winning word of vuvuzela, fifth grade student Madison Bell is our school-level champion! She is a THREE TIME champion as she represented Waynesville Elementary in fourth and fifth grades as well! We wish her luck in the next level of competition!
Congratulations to all of our school spelling bee participants who improved their spelling, increased their vocabularies, learned concepts, and developed correct English usage that will help them all their lives. We are all proud of your great achievements!
