Blood Drive Coming Monday, March 11th

Posted on: March 11, 2019

Waynesville students and staff members participated in our semi-annual blood drive on Monday, March 11th.  The process is so streamlined, and many of our students regularly anticipate the drive and the opportunity to give selflessly.

Blood is needed every 2 seconds, and 1 in 7 people who enter a hospital need blood.  Blood cannot be manufactured, and only 37% of the population is eligible for donation.  This is a healthy habit and attitude that we are helping to form and shape in these young adults.

We are extremely proud of those that donated at Wayneville High School Blood Drive.  ~Thank you!!
