In a coordination of efforts between Career Advisor Scott Jordan, Academic Advisor Abby Shinkle, Career Educator Katie Rogers, and Warren County Ohio Means Jobs, Waynesville High School hosted a Career Fair on Thursday, March 6th.
Students in grades 7-12 participated in the career fair, and were given ample opportunity to explore, conversate, and learn about various career paths. The gymnasium was full of enthusiasm and energy as the students browsed.
A special thanks to the staff and students of Waynesville to help promote and ensure a smoothly run event. Also, thanks to the Waynesville Area Chamber of Commerce for promoting the event, and Ohio Means Jobs of Warren County for confirming so many fantastic businesses and trade exposure to our students.
The student feedback was very positive. This was such a great way to get students connected with the community and teaching students how to network.
