National Technology Appreciation
National Technology Day is recognized this week and focuses on the way technology changes the world and looks to the future of technology. From the wheel to smartphones, we honor technological achievements made that impact our daily lives.
At Wayne Local Schools, our technology department works year-round to ensure that we have the proper technology for our students and staff. They work through the kinks and figure out the solutions that give most individuals headaches. They also work fearlessly when dealing with necessary software upgrades across the district, or when glitchy things happen, such as internet failure during testing.
This week, we give them a standing ovation as they tackle these jobs, and keep up prepared for the unthinkable.
