NHS Application Packets for 2017-18 Inductees

Application Packets were delivered to qualifying students Tuesday, October 31.

Prepare this application packet and give evaluation forms to Mrs. Applegate and three high school teachers by Wednesday, November 8 at 2:45 - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please make sure you have attached your resume and essay and provide your evaluating teachers with copies. (Ask your teachers ahead of time if they are willing and have the time to complete and evaluation for you. DO NOT JUST HAND THEM A PACKET!)

Teachers must return forms to Mrs. Applegate by Friday, November 17th at the latest.

Candidates will be notified of their acceptance by Tuesday, November 28th.
Inductions will be Sunday, December 3, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in the high school gym. Reception to follow.
