Superintendent’s Message

At Waynesville we’re SMALL enough to really know our students.  That gives them BIG opportunities.

The 2016/17 school year is off and running; this week students and staff returned with smiles and a renewed sense of energy and enthusiasm.  Whether you are a student, staff member, parent, or community member, you are an important part of the Spartan Community; we welcome, value, and appreciate your involvement and input. For our returning students and staff this is not just the beginning of a new school year it is a continuation; building upon the foundation and successes of previous years.  To our new families and staff, welcome to Waynesville; we are a public school system with a committed vision to provide the highest quality education, in a diverse student population, with compassion and excellence in all we do.

Over the summer months our maintenance staff, custodians, tech department, transportation and administration assistants worked diligently to prepare our buildings and offices for efficiency and effectiveness; we are ready for student action!  We are honored to serve our families, students, and community.  It is my sincere hope that everyone has a wonderful school year.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at the Superintendent’s Office (513 897-6971) or email pdubbs@wayne-local.com
