Virtual Career Quest Parent Q&A

Waynesville High School works with the United Way of Warren County to support seniors that are looking into pre-apprenticeships or career based trade jobs. Riley O’Grady, Warren County High School Workforce Initiative Leader,  and her team will be visiting the Waynesville Seniors throughout the Spring Semester to help them learn about employment opportunities in Warren County as well as support them to move through the interviewing process if desired.

To help keep WHS parents involved and knowledgeable about the opportunities and process, she is holding a Career Quest, a Virtual Career Quest Parent Q&A  Event with WHS and other Warren County Schools on Jan 20th from 6:30-7:30 pm. This is an optional event for any parent who has a SENIOR or any student participating in the Career Quest. 

Details are below. 

 

Who: Parents of students in Career Quest (All Senior parents are welcomed)

What: Parent Q&A (Talk to the Career Quest staff, learn about what we can do to help your student, and get questions answered)

Where: Virtual Meeting- meet.google.com/kqz-yzad-ksi

When: Jan 20th from 6:30-7:30 pm

Why: We want to support your student create a clear career pathway after graduation and believe parents are in important part of that.
