Waynesville High Schoolers Attend Alfons Haar for Manufacturing Day

October 4, 2019: WHS Transitions & Careers 9th grade students attended Alfons Haar for National Manufacturing Day. Manufacturing Day addresses common misperceptions about manufacturing by giving manufacturers an opportunity to open their doors and show, in a coordinated effort, what manufacturing is — and what it isn’t. Students were taken on a tour of the facility and spoken to by all departments of the company. Thank you Alfons Haar for opening your doors to our students!
