WHAT WOULD A NEW LEARNING SPACE PROVIDE?
NEW LEARNING SPACES PROVIDE HANDICAPPED ACCESS:
· Provide ADA-compliant signage, electric water coolers, toilets, sinks, urinals, toilet partitions and toilet accessories to facilitate the school’s meeting of ADA requirements
· Enlarged individual restrooms throughout facility to accommodate proper ADA size and space allowance
· Modify restroom mirrors to ADA height
· Provide additional handicap-designated parking spaces
· Provide proper handrails and guardrails within all areas
· Provide proper access to all levels and spaces via elevator and ramp
· Power assist door mechanisms
