6th Graders Visit Camp Joy

OUTDOOR SCHOOL PROGRAM
Last week, 6th grade students from our Middle School visited Camp Joy. The overnight trip helps with improving student confidence by impacting educational content through experiential outdoor learning. Classes focus on environmental awareness, history and adventure with the ultimate goal to inspire visitors to become better people, influence their community and create a better world.
Waynesville Middle School has enjoyed taking their students to Camp Joy as 6th graders, and the experience will last a lifetime.
