Due to your generous contributions to our past three cooking experiences, Life Skills Class was able to host Christmas Dinner on Wednesday of this week.  Staff members were treated to a delicious lunch of ham, corn, green beans, candied carrots and crescent rolls.

As always, thank you for your support…and hearty appetites.

In this week's edition of Life Skills Cafe, Chef Dietz and Chef Kincaid served up some deliciously warm appetizers, including Spicy Buffalo Dip, Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip, and Spicy Chicken, Beans & Rice.

Chef Dietz states that her favorite part of this project is in the mixing and blending of the ingredients to create something delicious.  Chef Kincaid really enjoys the cooking part of the project and watching the concoction come to life.

Keep up the great work!!
